Ticket prices vary by show and are often set by the event promotor. Where available, concession tickets apply to children, students in full time education, and those aged over 60.
Children under two years old will not be admitted unless the performance is specifically advertised as suitable for 'Under 2s'. All children over the age of 24 months must have a valid ticket, even if they sit on the lap of a parent/guardian.

Thornden Hall works hard to deliver great value to all our customers. Our fees reflect those levied on us by our ticketing agent and are not a source of additional income. In order to minimise the impact to our customers, our booking fees are levied per transaction, not per ticket.
A booking fee of £1.50 is charged for online transactions and £1 for phone transactions. No booking fee is charged for counter sales at our Box Office or Thornden School Reception.
A £1 administration charge is payable for any order ammendments.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. We are unable to give a refund unless a performance is cancelled.
Should a performance be sold out and you are unable to attend then we will be happy to attempt to resell your ticket.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to latecomers. In most cases we are able to admit latecomers via the rear doors of the auditorium, although we may ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance.
Please be aware that if you cannot be admitted due to lateness, we are unable to give any refunds or exchanges.
Call our Box Office Team on 023 8024 6555 for Access Tickets to all shows and events.
A small number of disabled parking spaces are available for Blue Badge Users. These are directly in front of our Foyer. We offer ground floor access to our Foyer, Box Office, Bar, Accessible Toilets and Auditorium.
Our front row of seating is at floor level and can be reconfigured to accept wheelchairs on request. Please call the Box Office to book these spaces.
Our auditorium is also fitted with a Sennheiser Infra Red Hearing System to support the Hard of Hearing. We also welcome registered assistance dogs.
Complimentary or reduced price Carer tickets may be available for some events. Carer tickets are only intended for customers requiring significant additional support. This must be due to disability-related needs, significant and more than what could be reasonably expected of family or friends already accompanying you. We reserve the right to require you to prove your disability, as defined by the Equality Act (2010) by providing appropriate, approved documents. Proof of eligibility must clearly belong to you and identify that you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act.
